Monte has been my trainer for 2 years. Four months of squatting and my butt went from saggy to Kardashian. He focuses on all around training--from diet to strength to cardio. If you're lucky he'll even take you on his hikes through the LA hills. I particularly love his ability to be flexible on scheduling. I travel a lot and work long hours, so, the ability to change my training schedule is important. Monte finds a way to make it work--whether that means early morning, evening or middle of the day.
